1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- "ye55", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ye55 platform accessible at ye55.one, a licensed online gaming operator operating under international gaming authority licensing.
- "Platform" means the ye55 website, its subdomains, mobile browser interface, and all services, games, and features accessible through them.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ye55 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification fails or is refused. Any winnings accrued on an account that is found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full.
2.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold a single ye55 account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any additional information required for identity verification ("KYC"). You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ye55 is not liable for any consequences arising from false or outdated registration information.
2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their access to and use of the ye55 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. ye55 does not represent that the Platform is legally accessible in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and legal responsibility.
2.5 Self-Exclusion. If you have previously registered a self-exclusion or voluntarily excluded yourself from ye55 or any other gambling platform, you are not permitted to register a new account or continue using the Platform until the exclusion period has expired and formal reinstatement has been completed through ye55's responsible gaming process.
3. Account Security and Responsibility
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ye55 account login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 ye55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account. 2FA setup is available in your account security settings at no charge.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your ye55 account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify ye55 of any unauthorised access. Notification must be made immediately upon discovery through the support channel.
3.4 ye55 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from ye55 and requesting account credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
3.5 Accounts must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated on behalf of any other person. ye55 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
4.1 Supported Methods. ye55 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go (TnG) eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks), USDT, and additional methods as notified on the Platform from time to time.
4.2 Account Currency. All player accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in MYR. Where a payment provider processes in an alternative currency, conversion is applied at the rate determined by the respective payment provider at the time of the transaction.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to change and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only fund your ye55 account using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation. ye55 reserves the right to return funds to source where a third-party payment method is identified.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable identity verification ("KYC") requirements. Processing times vary by payment method — e-wallet withdrawals (TnG, DuitNow) are typically processed within 1–4 hours; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one working day. ye55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ye55 is obligated under its international licensing to comply with anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. ye55 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse transactions pending completion of AML review. Players may be requested to provide source-of-funds documentation as part of this process.
5. Gambling Rules and Wager Settlement
5.1 Each game available on the ye55 Platform is governed by its specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
5.2 All wagers placed on the ye55 Platform are final upon confirmation. Wagers may not be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the system. This applies to casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook bets, and all other game types.
5.3 Sportsbook Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for the event in question. ye55 reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend bets where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable cut-off, or where a material error in odds is identified.
5.4 Malfunction. In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected bets are void and stakes are returned to the player's account balance. ye55 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a technical malfunction.
5.5 ye55 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any other violation of these Terms.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 ye55 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 ye55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or exploitation of promotional terms.
6.3 Bonus funds are credited in MYR and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal of related winnings is permitted. Players must complete all applicable wagering requirements within the time limit specified for the relevant promotion.
6.4 Bonuses are awarded for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in account termination.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ye55 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or at any time during account use.
- Opening multiple accounts or assisting another individual in opening an account where that individual is self-excluded or otherwise restricted.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undocumented game features for financial gain.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to exploit casino or sportsbook outcomes.
- Any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, where such access is conducted with intent to circumvent applicable laws.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ye55 support staff or other players.
8. Responsible Gaming
8.1 ye55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All casino and sportsbook products on the Platform carry a mathematical house edge. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on the ye55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of ye55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The ye55 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ye55 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
10.2 ye55's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ye55 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of potential winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 ye55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) ye55 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) the account is identified as dormant for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (d) ye55 elects to withdraw services from a particular market or jurisdiction.
11.2 Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by ye55 — any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable identity verification and AML checks.
11.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ye55 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or similar criminal conduct is established, the balance may be forfeited in full and the matter reported to relevant authorities.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
12.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ye55 holds its primary operating licence.
12.2 In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact ye55 customer support with full details of the complaint. ye55 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 days of receipt of a formal complaint.
12.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by ye55's licensing authority, details of which are available upon request.
13. Amendments
13.1 ye55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by a regulatory obligation or emergency operational necessity.
13.2 Continued use of the ye55 Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.
